I'm representing a global digital marketing agency based in the North that are looking to hire someone who is wanting that step up in their career to Associate Director. You will drive business growth and deliver excellent client service, while helping buildon the agencies well established reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing client budgets
- Understanding client business plans
- Leading clients digital strategies and target areas for growth
- Very knowledgeable of clients and their products
- Effective and efficient team management
- Ensure client retention and growth
- Owning and building relationships with industry stakeholders and mid-level clients
- Understand PPC and being able to talk around it with ease

Experience Required:

- Ideally agency experience
- not mandatory
- Evidence of successful cross channel plans
- Relevant industry experience
- Input into board meetings with SLT
- Good mentoring and leadership skills
- Commercial awareness
