**A little insight into what you will do in the role**:
**A day in the life**

The day starts with checking suspect calls in the diary for the day. A quick reminder on the script we’re using and seeing how we can improve it by listening to a couple of recorded calls, then getting on the phones with the aim of booking a juicy new 1st meeting with a A* qualified prospect. A typical day will see you have 10 good conversations a day and finding companies that have issues which we can solve. Being good at using outlook is important as all the meetings for the TAM’s are booked using this.

**What “good” looks like for this role...**

The right person for this role really gets what the company is all about and realises that it is people with problems we can fix that we need to talk to, this person will get on the phones and be spending most of their time on the phone and will be booking regular meetings. This person will love consultancy based selling and using CRM systems to capture all activity.

**What we aren’t looking for**

Someone that that procrastinates and doesn’t get on the phone, someone that just churns numbers without looking at the quality. Someone that doesn’t fundamentally understand the value that a good solution would bring to the customer and is focused on where the value is.

**Whats involved?...**

Calling suspects, following the scripts to find users and then qualifying them, typical ratios are;
50 contacts per week (15-20 prospect, 30-35 suspect), 2x 1st visits per week, 80 dials per day. 7:1 contacts to 1st visits booked, only booking A*-C qualified. (for full time hours)

**Goals/Objectives/KPI’s - ** 2 x qualified A*C qualified 1st visits per week

**CRM management**

Ensuring all notes on the system and diary is kept to a manageable amount

**Must have requirements/Qualification**:

- Maths, English and science GCSE A-C.
- 2 years past experience in telemarketing
- Formal sales training

**Nice to have requirements**:

- Word and excel use
