Digital Content Assistant

**The Role**:
The Digital Content Assistant will be responsible for building and updating content on the Charlotte Tilbury Website and App with a strong focus on new product campaigns, brand activations and tech developments. Working alongside members of the Digital team you will support on creating a highly engaging, innovative, and commercial customer experience online.

**Role Accountabilities**:

- Be a superuser of the CMS platform to create, update and maintain all areas of the website and App with imagery, copy and video.
- Responsible for PDP (product pages) creation for all new product launches and BAU activations.
- Responsible for the navigation updates and maintenance to ensure clear structure for the customer.
- Assist on the day-to-day maintenance of the homepage ensuring we are localising content based on engagement and sales.
- Work closely with the digital translation team to ensure all site & app pages are localised.
- Own monthly site audits to ensure the imagery, copy and videos used are within usage rights and refreshed frequently according to season.
- Brief creative assets for BAU projects.
- Work alongside the Digital Content Co-ordinator and Digital App Co-ordinator to facilitate the successful launch ensuring that copy, imagery, and videos assets are uploaded to our CMS with set deadlines.
- Liaise regularly with the ecommerce trade team to ensure all areas of the site commercially optimised and driving trade.
- Assist on the day-to-day maintenance of the App Home feed by uploading new content when necessary.

- Educated to degree level
- Strong interest in Digital and Ecommerce, with a focus on content
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, continually adapting environment with multiple moving projects and targets
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage own time is imperative
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
- Genuine, patient, malleable, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
- Both creative and numerical
- An innovative, limitless thinker and problem solver
- Eager to learn and values continued self-development
- Experience working in Ecommerce and with CMS platforms a plus
