Fit Out UK are an industry leading interior fit out and logistics service provider. We are seeking a skilled Powder Coat Machine Operator to join our dynamic team.

**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- This role includes preparing surfaces, setting up and operating coating machinery, ensuring quality control, and maintaining safety and cleanliness in the work area. The operator also monitors curing times and ensures the finished product meets specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to prevent downtime.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency and resolve any issues that arise.

**Skills**
- Strong powder coating knowledge
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics.
- Experience in painting or finishing products as needed.
