Machine Minder - Days (4 on 4 off) 06:00 to 18:00 We’re growing our business with two key ingredients: Real, honest food and people with passion What’s it all about? The core focus of this role is to be responsible for the safe set up and running of packing machinery, producing high quality packs of finished products, whilst adopting and providing a safe working environment for yourself and others. Whilst working within the guidelines for food safety and quality, you will continuously identify ways to improve our processes, working to daily targets whilst conducting on line quality checks. You will also have the ability to fault find issues on the line to ensure effective running. We are looking for someone with a flexible approach, looking to use their skills and initiative to help develop the team around them, whilst making good decisions following the right processes and relevant systems. You will be focused on minimising downtime, ensuring all machines are running at the correct speed and as defined by machine criteria.
