A **Experienced Site Manager** is required to work for a construction company based in the Newbury area with clients throughout southern and home counties. Working across a diverse range of sectors from small, individual developments right throughto major design and build contracts, specialise in delivering quality projects, with a reputation that is built on combining first-class service with quality workmanship and take pride in achieving the very highest levels of customer satisfaction.

With 50 years of strong and growing business it has since built itself an impressive reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the southern counties. Throughout the years, this privately-owned construction company has drawn on the expert knowledgeand experience of its staff to grow and expand into new industry sectors, including commercial, education, social housing, leisure, healthcare, and retail. Now a well-respected, construction company with a £50 million pound turnover.

**Site Manager duties**

Site based on projects £2 - £5m, responsible to Contract Manager.
- Supervising construction workers and subcontractors
- Buying materials for each phase of the project
- Monitoring build costs and project progress
- Conducting quality and safety inspections
- Checking and preparing site reports, designs, and drawings
- Maintaining quality control checks
- Motivating the workforce
- Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise

**Site Manager Requirements**
- Proven experience as construction Site Manger
- Experience in any of the following, commercial, education, social housing, leisure, healthcare, and retail sectors is highly beneficial.
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and Site management principles
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills / A team player with leadership abilities
- Relevant Education / Qualifications

**Site Manager Remuneration Package**
- Salary £55,000 - £65,000
- Car or Car allowance
- Private Medical care
- Pension scheme
- Monday - Friday
- Phone, Laptop, Equipment etc provided
- Performance related bonuses
