**Apprentice Kitchen Assistant**

**Salary: National Minimum Wage**

**Shift work, 30 hours per week**

Our client is a free house of 30 years which prides itself on being a popular food and family’s establishment. They are looking for a hospitality apprentice to join their busy team in Stourbridge

**The main duties and responsibilities of the hospitality apprentice;**
- Supporting their existing team with the day to day running of the business
- Basic food preparation
- Stock rotation
- Refilling fridges
- Plating of meals
- Assisting the cooks where required
- Washing up and filling the dishwasher
- Cleaning down the tables and kitchen
