Leo Jack have a brand new job vacancy available for an experienced online merchandiser / E-Commerce Merchandiser to join this growing, vibrant and well reported Luxury fashion brand.

**Overview**

As the Online Merchandiser, with some wider E-commerce responsibilities, you will report into the Head of E-Commerce and work closely with internal stakeholders, including; Design, Marketing, Operations, and Creative. You will be chiefly responsible for online merchandising, uploading new collections and products, e-commerce product sale analysis, and will play a key role in optimising end user experience to drive growth.

You will also be responsible for:

- Managing day-to-day trading and merchandising actions across all territories, this includes updating the homepage, navigation, and landing pages.
- Taking the lead in updating all new Collections, managing internal stakeholders to ensure the process runs timely and smoothly.
- Oversee site experience via testing web pages, links, functionalities, and content pages through daily site sweeps
- Analyse site metrics & KPIs to optimise performance including; on-site search, product placement, recommended products, content, etc.
**Criteria**
- 2+ years E-Commerce / online experience for a fashion or luxury brand
- Confident around online / digital merchandising
- Strong understanding for customer and user experience, and able to assess performance and improvement opportunities
- Strong excel and website skills
- Strong team player, who can also work autonomously
- Confident communicator, who can work in a busy environment with stakeholders of all levels
