Responsible for the execution of customer and category development, from factory trials through pre-launch and launch phases, ensuring delivery of quality, technical and commercial objectives, through cross functional collaboration with category, customer, and site stakeholders.

**Hours of work**

08:30 to 16:30 Monday to Friday

**What you will need**
- Excellent communicator with the visible passion and enthusiasm for achieving targets, objectives, and continuous improvement in a cross-functional team environment.
- Able to demonstrate strong analytical abilities and excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and manage workloads.
- Confidence to represent Moy Park and its’ values from a Product and Innovation perspective, developing and maintaining relationships at all levels within the organisation.
- Ability to gain and maintain trust and respect of customers, peers and suppliers.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Able to undertake frequent business trips and travel at short notice to meet the demands of the job.
- Full, clean driving licence.
