Red Rose Training is looking for experienced instructors or HGV Drivers who would like to move into the training field. To join our team you will need a proactive approach and a passion for training.

Further training will be offered if required to gain new skills and licences such as PCV and FLT. As a HGV instructor you will be training students to DVSA test standard, carrying out practical driving assessments and delivering course training materials with a high degree of detail.

**Day-to-day duties**
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks on training vehicles.
- Carrying out driving assessments.
- Completing all relevant course documents.
- Liaising with transport administrators and the Operations Manager.

**Essential skills**
- Must hold a minimum of a Category C+E entitlement for over 3 years.
- Strong communication skills and a patient approach.
- Previous experience in a driver training environment.
- Excellent level of accuracy and good standards of literacy when writing course paperwork.
- Ability to talk to a wide range of people in a confident manner.
- Good timekeeping and professional appearance.

**Salary**: £14.50-£16.50 per hour
