I am delighted to be working with an innovative and rapidly growing organisation based in East Sussex to help them recruit a HR Advisor to join their dynamic team. My client are an award winning organisation who are market leaders in their evolving industrysector.
HR Advisor. East Sussex. Up to £38,000 + benefits
As the HR Advisor you will report into the Head of HR and will support the business to drive the people agenda for the overall success of the business. You will provide comprehensive, pragmatic and commercially focused operational support and will give adviceand guidance on all matters relating to employee relations, employment law and general HR queries. This will be a fast paced and varied role where you will be accountable for a number of tasks that include coaching line managers with people management, supportingthe smooth process of integrating employees from acquisitions, monitor key HR metrics identifying areas of concern and reviewing and updating all HR policies to ensure they are in line with current legislation. In order to retain top talent within the businessyou will work together with senior management to deliver the annual engagement survey and analyse the results, putting appropriate action plans in place if required.
To be successful in this role you be operating at a similar level, have demonstrable experience as a HR generalist and have the ability to write HR policies. If you are CIPD Level 5 qualified, have TUPE experience, have strong communication skills and haveworked in a fast-paced and changing environment this will be of great interest to my client.
