We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team within the Back of House as Steward/Kitchen Porter.

**RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
- To clean, operate and maintain all kitchen areas, sections, equipment, floors, walls, drains and surfaces
- Use equipment and chemicals with care and as directed and report to the Back of House Manager for any loss or damage
- To ensure that you operate according to correct principles of food service and Hygiene
- To actively support and promote the objectives of the Health & Safety Committee

**ENTRY REQUIREMENTS**
- Relevant experience in a 5* property is desirable
- Excellent customer service skills
- Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
- Good command of the English language, both spoken and written
- Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
