**Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a crucial part of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires a blend of bartending skills, customer service expertise, and a passion for the food and beverage industry.

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and soft drinks in accordance with established recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders efficiently and addressing any queries or concerns.
- Manage cash transactions accurately and perform basic maths for billing purposes.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders when applicable.
- Assist in restocking supplies and inventory management to ensure smooth bar operations.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality by creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere for all patrons.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality sector is preferred but not essential.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
- Basic maths skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- A genuine passion for customer service and helping others enjoy their experience.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
