**As part of our ongoing growth, we are seeking a Casual Commercial Window Cleaner / Industrial Cleaner on acasual basis to help us meet our business targets in N.I.If you are a talented Industrial Cleaning Operative and have an appetite to succeed, we want you to join ourteam**

**Location: Mobile NI**

**Hours Per Week:Casual - As and when required**

**The Casula Commercial Window Cleaner / Industrial Cleaner will**:

- Provide cyclical Window Cleaning services to a wide range of government, commercialand public buildings throughout Northern Ireland
- Provide Window Cleaning services via water fed pole systems, powered accessequipment and traditional methods
- Work within a team of Window Cleaners in a multisite capacity throughout Northern Ireland
- The role will involve routinely working at height
- Provide Deep Cleaning services in commercial and domestic kitchens
- Provide Pressure Washing services
- Provide gutter cleaning services on commercial properties via remote pole system andpowered access equipment
- Provide other Industrial Hygiene related services as required
- Produce clear and concise work reports for client
- Report to Helpdesk using PDA/Mobile

**About You**:
**Essential**
- Demonstrate previous experience in a similar role
- Demonstrate communications skills with the ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to obtain client’s security clearance/vetting requirements
- Full driving licence

**Desirable**
- BICS qualified
