Bodyshop Supervisor

Our client, a leading car manufacturer are currently looking for a **Bodyshop Supervisor **to join the business based out of their **Northallerton **Bodyshop.
You will be in charge of the **Bodyshop’s **efficiency and productivity, you will help advise, manage and develop the team on site. You must be a natural people person as well as having excellent customer service skills, with great technical knowledge up will help the team to achieve all targets set. This job would suit someone with managerial experience in a Bodyshop environment, keen to grow within a main dealership.

About the role of **Bodyshop Supervisor**
- Establish and agree individual targets for your team members to ensure everyone is aligned to their responsibilities and personal development
- Follow key processes to achieve specified quality and efficiency targets.
- Ensure the Bodyshop team attend all company and manufacturer training when it’s needed
- Appraise & Coach the team to maximise their potential and the department’s success
- Schedule work to meet customer requirements taking into account Bodyshop utilisation targets, job complexity and parts/materials availability
- Provide accurate estimates for Bodyshop work
- Continuously review and improve Bodyshop processes and systems with the Bodyshop Manager and ensure the team follow them

To be a **Bodyshop Supervisor**
- Work well under pressure
- Be an experienced and confident manager
- Have brilliant organisational skills to be able to manage your diary
- You must be able to manage people effectively while working to set targets
- You will have excellent customer service skills both over the phone and F2F
- Previous experience working within a Bodyshop - ideally in a senior or management position.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
