**The Role**
As the Customer Insights Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects end-to-end, across both customer insight, customer research, digital marketing, and data science, with a specific focus on NLP - you'll own the whole journey You will:
- Become the Cards insight expert, looking into digital credit limits, NPS in card segmentations, and work with researchers to design new research that pinpoints specific areas throughout the customer journey.
- Tell a story through your data analysis, using SAS & SQL to run deep dive analytics, producing key insights that drive improvements in the Card's customer experience.
**Key Skills & Requirements**
- Good history in customer insight focused roles, with exposure to customer experience platforms - inmoment, medalia
- Strong coding skills with Python/SAS/SQL
- Working knowledge of NLP
