**About the role**
- To be a qualified Teacher or willing to work towards.
- To hold a relevant Degree, or equivalent.
- GCSEs at Grade C / Level 4 or above in English and Maths, or equivalent.
- Current knowledge of potential issues in one or more fields of LLDD, complex needs, or challenging behaviour that may impact on curriculum delivery.
- Current knowledge and / or experience of teaching in one or more fields of LLDD, Complex needs, challenging behaviour - Desirable.
- Evidence of disseminating good practice effectively.
- The ability to deal promptly and effectively with inappropriate behaviour in the classroom.
- Excellent time management skills.
