**Location**: 1 day per week in either London, Manchester or Bristol (whichever is closest to your home location)

The **Contingent Workforce Officer**provides the opportunity to work in an innovative team at the centre of digital & technical public service. The team is set up uniquely to manage the entire contingent workforce lifecycle, meaning there islots of scope to learn different aspects of procuring a contingent workforce, including recruitment, IR35, onboarding, workforce management and supplier management.

This **Contingent Workforce Officer**contract offers hybrid working, is Inside IR35 and 8 months in duration.

**Experience requirements for the Contingent Workforce Officer**:

- Have coordinated the full contingent workforce recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced market
- Have worked with specialist contractor suppliers and temporary staffing agencies
- Have experience of managing onboarding processes and ensuring that vetting standards are met
- Have an understanding of vetting requirements for new starters joining the Civil Service or equivalent entry standards for non-public sector companies
- Possess strong customer service skills and the ability to maintain remote relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Be creative and able to think on your feet; whether designing new administrative templates to improve processes or being proactive in the face of challenges
- Be highly organised with demonstrable administration and support skills, handling a busy diary, managing conflicting priorities at the same time
- Have demonstrable experience and understanding of handling sensitive information, keeping a high level of diplomacy and confidentiality with strong attention to detail
- Be proficient in using Google Suite (Sheets, Docs) or similar Microsoft software
