The job involves liaising with sellers, buyers, solicitors/conveyancers, mortgage advisers, estate agents and lending institutions with the primary goal of proceeding sales to completion of contracts. Customer service skills are of paramount importance,as well as the ability to manage clients' expectations, listen to clients and act accordingly and have excellent diary management skills.

This is a full-time role in addition to working one in four Saturdays. You will receive a basic salary and commission on all completed property transactions.
