We are a Financial Advisory firm specialising in Mortgage & Protection Advice based in Worthing.
Due to our continued growth and expansion we are actively looking for a full time sales support administrator to join our team, working hours are Monday - Friday 9am-5pm.
Ideally we are looking for someone with mortgage admin/sales progression experience, or someone looking to move from an adviser role into administration, although this is not essential as training will be provided.
There is also the opportunity to receive training to progress to a mortgage adviser.
Duties will include:
- Creating new cases on the database
- Creating and managing your own tasks on the database, sustaining detailed notes
- Maintaining the advisers pipeline, regularly contacting lenders/providers to facilitate case progression and updating the adviser
- Pro-actively liaising with clients to request documentation and provide progress reports to clients and the adviser
- Informing the advisers of any requirements relevant to cases to facilitate pipeline progression
- Maintain electronic client files
- Working to ensure that regulated transactions are compliant, i.e. suitability letters, file notes are completed within the designated time-frame
- Working with and adhering to company and FCA policies and procedures
- Undertaking any other reasonable duties as requested - answering telephones, posting, photocopying, scanning, managing diaries and booking appointments.
- Focused on delivery of excellent customer service Skills required;
- Ability to deal with busy and varied workloads
- Good telephone manner as well as strong IT and written skills are essential
- Ability to work within a team or by yourself
- Organised and efficient
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £20,000.00 per year
