We're looking for a Platform Consultant to join our Business Development and TSU team on a 12 month FTC. As a Platform Consultant, you'll be a key sponsor and driver of multiple Programmes and workstreams. You'll be responsible for designing, building, and implementing value-added services aligning these to the Target Service Model strategy. You will be supporting commercial initiatives through Grow, Focus and Retain segments. Ultimately you will be striving to the team's core objective 'to work with the sales team to maximise the business potential with accounts by providing them with a market leading consultancy adoption and integration service. **In this role you'll spend your time**: - Building relationships with key stakeholders to deliver joint objectives to make sure business targets are met. - Provide project management skills; including creation of project plans, coordination of resources and stakeholders to support delivery of projects. - Oversee, co-ordinate resource and resolve system and specific issues and incidents affecting the relationship between James Hay, an adviser firm and the agreed objectives, by working aligned to the Key Accounts Servicing team (SASC) and Business Implementation Team. - Support the design and delivery of a market leading On-Boarding, Consolidation, Strategic Partner Programme to succeed our Growth by working with internal and 3rd party stakeholders. - Ensure full business readiness for any changes or bespoke requirements when introducing and on-boarding a new partner account. - Obtain and explore market, industry, and competitor information to identify our strengths and weaknesses accordingly. **A bit about you** Your friends would probably describe you as a "self-starter and problem-solver", able to work well with limited direction.
