**Job purpose**

If ABCA sounds like the right place for you, we would love you to join our team within the Passive Fire Department. To assist the contracts manager to ensure all contracts are running as they should, as well as being the main point of contact for any client queries in relation to your designated contracts.

Remote working is considered for those who do not live within a commutable distance to the office.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Upload FRA actions into company CRM.
- Update the client’s portal.
- Ensure we comply with all KPIs.
- To attend client meetings over teams and take internal meeting notes.
- Deal with all client queries & install queries on your contract.
- To handle all administration for your designated contracts.
- To provide assistance to the Contracts Manager where applicable and carry out other ad hoc duties.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Good understanding of CRM systems, CASH would be advantageous
- Previous experience dealing with contracts/project management
- Good understanding of office packages i.e. Excel and Word

**Other Information**

This is a permanent hybrid and or remote role we are offering once fully trained.

The rate of pay we are offering is from £25,000.00 per annum depending on skills and experience, based on a 40 hour working week.
