**Responsibilities**:
**Provide 1st / 2nd Line Support both remotely and face to face to customers
**Provide advice and support to external customers
**Ensure issues are dealt with and resolved in an efficient and friendly manner
**To build and maintain rapport with customers
**To work across both BAU and Project work
