Triton Risk Management are seeking to appoint a Recruitment Co-ordinator to join our Specialist Security Division.

We are an SIA Approved Contractor and are a highly decorated company with accreditations in ISOs 9001; 14001 and 45001; as well as a NASDU Associate Member for the provision of Canine (K9) Services.

**Job Role and Responsibilities**

The Recruitment Co-Ordinator will, along with our Business Support Officer, be responsible for recruiting new talent into the ranks of our Specialist Security Division. A background in recruitment is therefore essential, with awareness and/or experience of working within a secure environment being desirable.

The responsibilities will include:

- Managing job boards and other forms of recruitment advertisement for the Specialist Security Division for ongoing vacancies.
- Writing up job descriptions for the vacancies being advertised by the division.
- Attracting new talent through job fairs; career stalls and other forms of public-based means of advertisement.
- Where appropriate, conducting interviews for entry-level positions.

**Requirements and Terms**
- U.K. Driving Licence with access to own transport (Essential)
- First Aid Certificate (Essential)
- Full Checkable 5 Year Employment/Education History for BS:7858 (Essential)
- One years experience of working within recruitment (Essential)
- Previous experience of working within a secure environment, such as Private Security; Armed Forces; and/or Emergency Services (preferred)
- Previous experience of conducting screening and vetting to BS:7858 (Highly Desirable)

Training will be provided for this role.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 per week
