**I am recruiting on behalf of a growing SME business in the Pontyclun area who is seeking a Management Accountant to join their small team.**

**My client is able to pay a salary of up to £40,000 per annum plus benefits to include a bonus.**

**The role offers WFH for 2 days per week**

**Main Responsibilities of the role to include -**
- Preparation and Distribution of Monthly Finance Packs (Full P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow) on Timely basis including responsibility for Xero Finance ledgers, all reconciliations, Fixed Assets, accruals, prepayments, journals etc)
- Preparation and distribution of scorecards of KPIs in relation to business & operational performance as well as other reporting for Management to evaluate risks and opportunities
- Support Senior management through data analysis in identifying trends/patterns in data where change will deliver business benefits
- Sales and Cost of Sales Data and Margin Analysis
- Calculation of Supplier Volume Rebates
- Management, support, and ongoing development of accounting administrative roles
- Energetic, enthusiastic self-starter
- Team Player but ability to work independently meeting necessary deadlines in fast paced busy office environment
- Time Management skills with ability to focus, organise and prioritise workload
- Strong technical and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Expertise in analysis approaches
- Previous experience in a similar role

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Previous experience in similar role using Xero accounting software preferred
- Excellent computer skills, particularly excel (Advanced level essential)
- Experience and knowledge of Power BI preferred but training to be provided

**Salary**
- Hybrid working - in office minimum 3 days a week (probably more to begin with as learning the role)
- £36,000 to £40,000 depending upon experience with pension and 33 days holiday per annum (inclusive of bank hols)
- Plus Performance Based Bonus of up to 10% of annual salary
- 37.5 hours per week Mon - Fri
