**Entry Level Events Assistant** - **No Experience Needed**

We recently signed up one of London’s leading event marketing firms. Now is an exciting time to join them as their events division is growing exponentially, and their client portfolio continues to grow simultaneously. Our client is a London-based consulting agency that develops innovative marketing campaigns that make an imprint on every customer. They have an executive team with over a decade of industry experience, and they consider themselves the customer acquisition experts. They are expanding their events division and are looking to recruit customer-focused, motivated and passionate Events Assistants to join their team.

This is a trainee position, therefore, they don’t require any experience. However, people that excel in this role have a background in customer service and are confident and comfortable interacting with customers face to face. The objective of the Events Assistant position is to increase the company’s growth and revenue through sales maximisation, while delivering exceptional customer service.

**Events Assistant Duties**
- Travel to and manage event sites
- Maintain outstanding visual merchandising standards
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
- Recommend and demonstrate services that match customer needs
- Keep up to date with product information, new releases and competitive offers
- Accurately describe product features and benefits
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Complete new customer sign-ups
**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 6 months experience in a customer-centric position is preferred
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Track record of working towards KPIs is desirable
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong team player with the ability to work independently

**Salary**: £19,500.00-£24,000.00 per year
