**Introduction to Inscyte**
Inscyte Limited is a specialist Private Finance Initiative (PFI) and asset management consultancy that provides direct services in support of public sector provider organisations (such as Local Authorities, NHS, educational establishments, social housing, etc) and those engaged in delivering public facing services that serve communities. From our launch in 2007, Inscyte’s objective has been to improve the effectiveness and value for money of private sector services provided to the public sector. We are experts in contractual, commercial negotiations, facilities management and capital project management and delivery.
**Key Objectives**
The **Project Support Coordinator** is a key role in Incyte’s team. The main objective of the role is to provide support to the Contract Performance & Compliance Manager in helping to deliver our increasing demand for contractual compliance and asset management expertise on behalf of our School, Academy, Local Authority and NHS Trust clients across our public sector commissions.
Working alongside our dedicated team to support in identifying, locating, and recording contractual information, that can be recovered through the Inscyte virtual filing system.
**The Role and Person**
As part of the contract performance and compliance team you will be responsible for undertaking performance reviews against contractual obligations. This will involve reading and interpreting KPI’s and service standards of Contracted parties on behalf of our clients and presenting data to support service delivery requirements. You will report to the Contract Performance and Compliance Manager.
You will be required to keep up to date with policies and procedures and will also provide teams support for clients. You will also assist with the administration of the monthly performance reports.
Inscyte foster an atmosphere of personnel development and therefore provide opportunities for further progression into other areas of the business.
The Project Support Coordinator will provide a timely, effective, professional, and friendly support to our clients and the Inscyte team. The Project Support Coordinator role will be focused on existing commission and client support regarding the delivery of contracts by assessing and presenting data regarding monthly contractor performance.
There will be a need to gather data and measure outcomes against pre-determined Key Performance Indicators in order to present accurate information and evidence of issues that may need to be factored into the measurement of a contractor’s service performance.
The role may also offer support to the Support desk service team
The balance of the role would be home based with periodic meetings in our West Yorkshire office and therefore the ability to self-motivate and work in an independent manner is essential.
**Overview**
- Maintaining Project and Commission documentation.
- Data analysis coordination and interrogation.
- Making sure reports are timely managed and that contractors’ data is submitted in line with the contracts and our client’s needs.

**Main Responsibilities and Duties**
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
- To support the commission ops contract manager in all aspects of the teams work and on behalf of our clients, relaying information to those responsible for action and keeping the client updated where necessary with a full audit trail of the event from receipt to closure in a comprehensible way.
- Provision of planned and ad hoc reports to clients regarding the service activities, across the Help Desk and PFI Performance modelling activity.
- Provision of trend management reports and alerting management of emerging trends with incidents.
- Reviewing real time data on reactive calls, PPMs and lifecycle requests.
- To contribute to the efficient and effective working of the service function.
- The postholder will be required to maintain an awareness of Inscyte’s policies, procedures and objectives related to the successful delivery of the administration and Portal Support Desk service.

**Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience in a customer support role.
- Good IT skills and proficiency with MS Office Applications, in particular MS Excel.
