**What will you be doing?**
They have created an analytics community across the company, which comprises of a number of teams who work closely together and share information around data and analytics best practice. In this position you will have the amazing opportunity to develop yourdata analysis, report creation and data engineering skills. As part of your training, you will take part in several placements across their region. This will help you to develop expertise and networks in different areas.
**Day to day you’ll be able to get involved with**:
- Developing reports and dashboards primarily using Power BI
- Analysing data to test a business hypothesis
- Providing expertise and guidance on measures to display throughout reports
- Building necessary data models to support appropriate reports
- Engineering their data to enable exploration and data sciences
**What do you need?**
Ideally you will have some reporting, analysis or data engineering experience that has been gained through education, previous employment or self development. As well as this you will also have:
- Strong communication skills
- Some experience and/or knowledge with Power BI, Python, R and SQL
- Experience in Microsoft Office
- Good mathematical skills
- A passion for data and how it can improve decision making
- A willingness and flexibility to travel around the our client's region
