Graduate Finance Assistant

We are partnered with an International Professional Services Business looking to hire a Finance Assistant for their head office in Southampton.
Alongside on desk training you will also receive full study support, allowing you to gain the qualifications needed to go right to the top of Finance world.
Responsibilities will include:
- Accounts payable functions
- Staff expense processing
- Processing weekly payments in the bank
- General ledger entries
- Bank reconciliations
- Assisting in the monthly and quarterly close tasks
- Assisting in the budgeting and forecasting process
- Intercompany transactions and reconciliations
- Generating supporting schedules and reconciliations to accompany the financial statements
- Supporting the Finance Manager and other departments with ad hoc accounting tasks
