Based primarily Morpeth but travel around Northumberland as required is expected.

Talking Matters Northumberland is an IAPT service and a partnership between Mental Health Matters and Sunderland Counselling Service; two local and national providers of psychological therapies with a strong track record of success. The service routinely achieves recovery rates above the national target and demonstrates a strong commitment towards continuing professional development within all roles. We deliver investment in and a continued focus on staff well-being, including opportunities to be involved in Special Interest Groups. The service has strong clinical, leadership and referral coordination teams, offering skilled support and focusing on clinical and service development and innovative practice.

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Deputy Clinical Lead/Step 4a Lead to join our team. The post holder will support the Clinical Lead and Service Manager in the development and delivery of high quality, responsive, accessible and evidence based psychological services for adults in primary care mental health. They will also oversee all clinical provision and supervision at Step 4a.
