This a great job for someone with a strategic delivery experience looking to take on an ambitious transformation programme to realise growth ambitions in the London Market.

A bit about the job:
The Head of Strategic Delivery will be accountable for leading the delivery of one or more workstreams in the Nova Programme. You will achieve that by executing the Nova delivery in line with the strategy and Business Case, owning workstream/s as part of Nova and driving change delivery. You will also be managing the workstream spend, benefits and driving efficiencies as well as executing effective governance in line with the Nova Programme structure, the Change Management Business Standard and the Aviva Change framework.

Skills and experience we're looking for:
- London Market knowledge is essential- Understanding of Future of Lloyd’s and Blueprint 2- Experience in working in the Delegated Underwriting Authority (DUA) and/or Multi-National areas of the London Market- Experience of effecting change in large, matrix organisations, at a programme level
