Officlean is a commercial cleaning company with over 50 years experience providing a high quality and reliable service to our clients.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Cleaning Area Supervisor to join our team to work in the Walsall and surrounding areas. Applicants should live close to either of these areas or central to both due to the nature of the role.

Applicants must have experience in the cleaning industry or facilities management. And have the ability to communicate with clients and manage a team.

This role will require you to get hands on and roll up your sleeves. Working alongside your team to provide the best service for our clients.

**Purpose of role**:Ensure all contracts are working to excellent service delivery within wage and materials budgets. Flexibility is required of this role to deal with all staffing & operational issues.

**Summary of Duties**:
The following list is not exhaustive and other duties of a similar level and nature may be required from time to time.
- Ensure all contractual specifications & standards are being met by on-site operatives
- Full understanding of cleaning methods & safe use of all equipment
- Maintain cleaning supplies ensuring staff can carry out their tasks effectively
- Ensure all equipment is on site and operationally in order as per contract specification
- Be able to demonstrate full understanding of cleaning methods & safe use of all equipment
- To develop and maintain effective working relationships with staff and clients. Ensuring communication is timely across the organisation and with clients
- Recruitment, training & development of your team
- To adhere to the company health and safety policies and procedures
- Have a hands on approach to your role, being able to work side by side with your peers

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £16,800.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 per week
