**Job Introduction**
I am a young lady looking for a team of female support workers to support me to live in my own home.

I need you to be enthusiastic, with a positive outlook on life and can use proactive strategies effectively to support me to stay safe, build my independence and learn new skills.

I have some mobility restrictions and thus require support using a hoist and wheelchair to move around.

I will require support in several different areas including meal preparation, personal care, and medication administration. I will need support to help me rekindle my daily living skills and encourage me to develop a productive daily routine and expose meto various activities.

I enjoy making things with craft materials such as cards and candles and love Disney films.

I require someone who is intrinsically caring, patient, and who will communicate with me clearly and calmly.

I need you to be outgoing and easy to talk to, understanding and non-judgemental so you can support me to manage my needs, develop good routines and build positive, trusting relationships.

**Main Responsibilities**
As a Support Worker within Gray Healthcare you will join a specialist team supporting an individual within their own home. We support people with complex needs, who may have a Learning Disability, Autism, Personality Disorder, Acquired Brain Injury (ABI),Substance Misuse issues, and people whom require support with their Mental Health.

You will be an instrumental part of the team and will receive outstanding clinical support, leadership and person-centred training. In this role you will support an individual to develop or regain life skills, assisting participation in community life bybuilding strong and trusting working relationships.

You will need to possess an NVQ/QCF Level 3 or equivalent, or be willing to work towards. You will be motivated and have a can-do attitude, and work within a Positive Behaviour Support Framework.

Must be willing to be part of a back up rota.
