Wirral, United Kingdom Good Foundations Full time

Good Foundations was established in 2004 and have 10 homes located in Wirral, Cheshire-West and Wigan. Due to growth of our company we now have vacancies across our Wirral based services.

You will join a team of high-quality staff whose passion, experience and skill set in this field will support you in achieving positive outcomes with aspirational goals for our young people.

You should have a strong team ethos and be driven by a shared ambition within the wider organisation. Your goals should be to ensure that the children and young people in your care have an experience of childhood that they deserve, filled with fun, laughter, and friendship.

We welcome applicants with a knowledge of the local areas and their amenities.

We offer an environment that mirrors a family home, a safe place for children to grow and flourish, with a warm homely feel. Our young people receive the very best child centred support available, with lots of fun activities going on and it is a fantastic environment to work.

We do not use physical intervention and our staffing ratio is 2 staff to 4 young people, supported by the homes manager.
