As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in supporting our culinary team by ensuring that the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. **Responsibilities**
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, pots, and pans.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by chefs and cooks.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
- Help with the unloading of deliveries and storage of food items.
- Support the culinary team during busy service periods by providing assistance where needed.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Participate in regular cleaning schedules to uphold hygiene standards.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm for culinary tasks is key.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a high-pressure setting.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn and develop skills within the hospitality sector.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
- A basic understanding of food safety practices is advantageous.

Pay: £25,500.00-£27,500.00 per year
