We offer:

- £11.28 per hour weekdays & £13.33 weekends (£10.76 per hour weekdays during probation but you will also receive a £240 end-of-probation payment)
- £13.33 hour overtime
- Sick Pay
- 29 days annual leave per year pro rata. (including your birthday off as paid leave - a 'thank you' from us). After 3 years with us this increases to 32 days and after 5 years, to 34 days annual leave per year.
- Paid DBS check
- Paid induction training
- Minimum of £70 per night for sleep-ins (10.30pm-7.30am) On average, full-time employees undertake between 6 and 8 sleep-in per month. This equates to an extra £5040 -to
- £6720 on top of basic salary.
- £200 Christmas bonus
- £300 refer-a-friend scheme
- Learning Together pays for your meals on duty
- 4% employer pension contribution
- Support available at all times during the day via Microsoft teams video calls and on-call phone.
- Other trainings (e.g. Diplomas in Health & Social Care Levels 3, 4 & 5) and career prospects available within a supportive, innovative and progressive organisation.

Requirements for this role:

- An open-minded attitude and ability to listen to advice and learn from experience.
- Must be fit and able to carry out the duties of the position.
- Flexibility: we support people 24/7 so the post requires shift work plus some sleep-in nights and weekend working

Advantageous:

- Previous care work experience supporting people
- A valid drivers’ licence - the people we support all own their own cars so it would be useful to be able to drive
- An NVQ 2 or 3 OR equivalent in Health & Social Care
