**Housekeeping - Room Attendant**

**zero hour contracts**

As a Housekeeper you will be providing full housekeeping coverage to hotel guests, ensuring rooms are serviced to a high standard, assisting with all public areas, stock replenishment and deal with any guest requests. Carry out general cleaning activities in the back of house areas as required, to ensure the area is kept neat, clean and tidy.

Weekend availability is a necessity for the role

**About the role**
- Provide basic housekeeping duties, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, cleaning windows, bathrooms and making beds to a high standard.
- Clean communal areas emptying rubbish bins, servicing toilets and wiping down communal surfaces
- Tackle heavy cleaning jobs upon request
- Ensure outside walkways remain clear and free of debris
- Notify Supervisor of any repairs required
- Mix and dispose of all cleaning solutions appropriately
- To undertake relevant training as directed by their Line Manager.
- The post holder may be directed by their line manger to carry out other duties and responsibilities in line with his/her post, grade, skills, knowledge and experience.
- To ensure compliance with the Last Drop Village Hotel’s Health and Safety policies.
