**Location**: Alpkit Campus (3 days a week in-office, flexible options)
**Hours**: 40H, Mon-Fri, 9-5.30 (with 30-minute lunch)

**About the Role**

As our Camping & Equipment Merchandiser, you'll help shape the product range to match the needs and dreams of our customers. From planning and implementing merchandising strategies to working closely with cross-functional teams, your role will be central to our product success.

You’ll dive into data analysis, manage inventory, keep our product lines fresh, and drive sales—all while aligning with our brand values and sustainability goals. This role is perfect for someone who loves a challenge and thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Product Planning & Strategy**: Identify market demand, manage order flows, and ensure our offerings meet both business targets and customer expectations.
- **Inventory Management**: Keep stock levels within budget, oversee arrivals, manage inventory replenishment, and work to avoid stockouts and overstocks.
- **Category & Line Level Planning**: Keep weekly WSSI (Weekly Sales and Stock Intake) updated and prepare data-driven forecasts.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with teams across Alpkit—marketing, product development, supply chain—to ensure that our merchandising strategy is spot-on and aligned with our goals.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Proactively manage the “Clear as you go” policy to discontinue lines efficiently and support product launches.

**What We're Looking For**
- A background in merchandising or supply chain, ideally in the outdoor industry (bonus points if you’re as excited about camping as we are)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in inventory management
- Excellent communication skills and a team-player mindset
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a can-do attitude
