**We are looking for a Supervisors to join our team.** The supervisor is responsible for the supervision of a Bubbleology café and team. They are responsible for creating an efficient, welcoming environment within which our staff can engage and wow our customers. Their performance is measured against their job description responsibilities including health & safety and food safety policies. Key focuses for the role are to lead the café team to ensure a quality, picture perfect tea at pace in a clean and safe environment. They motivate, support, and take pride in the brand. **Responsibilities and Duties** - Maintain a calm demeanour during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep the café operating to standard. - Execute café operations during scheduled shifts. Organize opening and closing duties as assigned. - Follow all cash management and cash register policies and ensure proper cash management practices are followed by shift team. - To manage all the ingredients and maintain the integrity of the product in line with Bubbleology standards. - To have a thorough understanding of kitchen and café operations. - To be responsible for all aspects of "health and safety" and "food safety" in accordance with the law and Bubbleology standards. - To be responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of all back and front of house areas and storage. - To support on-going training and development of Bubbleologists. - To motivate and lead the team to promote great teamwork to ensure the café has a lively and positive atmosphere. - To be responsible for all cash handling, banking and safe procedures, always following Bubbleology standards. **Basic Qualifications** - Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality - Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays - Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and exceptional customer, cash handling and store safety and security - Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication - Prepare beverages to standard recipes - Ability to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift **Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** - Ability to learn quickly - Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions - Ability to direct the work of others - Knowledge of food/beverage and retail environment - Ability to work as part of a team - Ability to build relationships Bubbleology is an equal opportunities employer. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: £10.00-£10.30 per hour **Benefits**: - Store discounts Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday - Overtime - Weekend availability Reference ID: Supervisor
