The course improves knowledge and understanding of dispensing procedures and provides a stepping stone to the roles of DO, CLO and beyond**

**What we're looking for**:
** Previous retail optical experience is essential - you must be able to dispense at all levels**
- Someone who listens to patients, and gives good clear advice
- Confident at pre-screening
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times, playing a valuable part of a customer journey & successful retail team
