**Role - Fitness Coach/Personal Trainer**

**Site - Wickford**

We are looking for an energetic, passionate Fitness Coach/Personal Trainer for our fantastic new Anytime Fitness Health Club in Wickford.

We are looking for someone keen, driven and dedicated who will work with the rest of the team to provide a high level of service to our members and hit our business KPI's. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to be part of a brand new team where engaging with the local community will be key.

This is a **fully employed role with no rental to pay** for any personal training hours. Your basic fitness coach hours will can start at 20 hours per week giving you the opportunity to build your PT business on top of this. All PT revenue will be split 50/50 with the club and as you grow your PT business you will be free to drop your coaching hours to focus on more PT should you wish. Earning potential is uncapped and as a brand new club we will have many new members looking for a Personal Trainer. **We will not be taking on any self employed PT's** giving our own team the chance to build their business.

**Main responsibilities**
- Promote, sell and deliver 1-2-1 /Group PT sessions to members
- Pro-actively generate new PT business
- Encourage participation and deliver classes
- Support retention by engaging members & provide fitness advice/guidance in the club
- Behave in an inspiring manner that creates respect from members and colleagues
- Ensure the club is clean and tidy at all times whilst maintaining brand standards & H&S
- Support Club Manager/Membership Advisor with outreach, wellness/corporate events & calls to prospects to encourage tours/sign ups.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years PT/Fitness/Class experience
- Level 2 Gym Coaching qualification
- Level 3 Personal Training qualification
- Flexibility to work a mix of mornings, evenings and weekends

Pay: £11,900.00-£40,000.00 per year
