**Unit Lead, care home rehabilitation.**

Due to an exciting new development, we are now advertising for Unit Leads/Senior staff DAYS/NIGHTS to provide specialist Rehab within our fabulous care home. The facility is a 14-bed unit which delivers care and support to older persons, provided by a mix of health and social care professionals with a range of different skills.

If so, read onAs a Unit Lead/Senior, you’ll oversee the development and implementation of care plans that are designed to provide meaningful choice and support to those in need of care and support, so they can access services to help them lead the life they want. We’re looking for people who will instil a culture of continuous improvement, through dialogue with people who need care and support. You’ll also be able to demonstrate experience in managing and developing staff, alongside leadership abilities and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also have a minimum of 3 years’ senior experience within the older persons sector and hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 3 qualification.
