We are currently recruiting a **Food Production and Service Assistant **to be a part of our integral team in **Coleg Cambria Llysafsi Campus, Ruthin LL15 2LB**

- Yearly salary is £10684.18 (£10.90 per hour) - 35 working weeks - term time
- 25 hours a week - Monday - Friday but flexibility to work some weekends for functions/open days is required. Shifts ranging from 0700-1830 with the option of overtime

**What you'll be doing**:

- Serve food and beverages to customers
- Food production and service
- Cooking
- Serving hostel meals
- Operating the till, taking payments and keep any financial records required
- Restock Goods and ensure appropriate displays of merchandise
- Clean back of house areas, crockery & cutlery using equipment when trained to do so.
- Clean and tidy counter and other public areas
- Follow food hygiene and safety procedures in line with health and safety requirements
- Undertake relevant training as required
- Although you will mainly be working on site, you may be required on occasion to support other sites within our group.

**Experience**:

- Experience working in a similar role is desirable but not essential as full training will be given
- A DBS check is required for this role
