**The Details...**
The role will involve:

- Leading and assisting in the development and production of oligonucleotide products
- Setting up preparative purifications for a wide set of oligonucleotides
- Process optimisation and scale up.
- Setting up automated workflows for multiplexing oligonucleotide.
- Analytical characterisation, primarily through HPLC, CE and LC-MS.
- Technology transfer from early development teams.
- Working within ISO9001 and GxP quality certifications, as well as within RUO facilities.
- Communicating effectively with other groups in Development, Diagnostics, and Production.
- Managing multiple projects in a very fast paced agile environment.

**What We're Looking For...**
- Phd (or equivalent) in associated sciences with experience in industry.
- Knowledge and experience of CE, HPLC and LC-MS analytical techniques.
- Knowledge of oligonucleotide synthesis, purification and characterisation is desirable.
- Experience working within ISO and GxP environments is helpful.
- Proven track record working individually and as part of a small team.
