**Are you an experienced Sub Agent?**

**Would you like to work on projects based in Cornwall?**

Working throughout Cornwall on infrastructure projects this is a new and exciting opportunity for a **Sub Agent **to join a well-established company based in Cornwall.

As a **Sub Agent** you will manage and execute the safe and efficient delivery of the Project by managing a team of engineers, foremen, quantity surveyors and/or subcontractors, having responsibility for safety, quality, financial performance, programme adherence and client satisfaction.

**Some key areas will include**:

- Implement actions to improve customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with industry and company standards
- Plan HSQE into work activities and ensure adequate resources are available to carry out the operations
- Ensure a project quality plan is developed and implemented

**You will have the following**:

- Civil Engineering qualification
- Experience within Highways & Civils
- Relevant industry experience at management level

Salary depending on experience, this is a full-time temporary role initially with a view to permanent opportunities for the right person

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £24,471.00-£33,475.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

- Truro, Cornwall: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
