Maintain new and existing customer relationships by offering a friendly face to the business and supporting customers with any queries or issues they may have.
- Promote the business in the best way possible to new and existing customers e.g., Helping with product placement, discussing the best range for them, Pricing strategies.
- Explore new and existing areas to promote business and increase the company’s customer base. Including contacting retailers and other businesses directly to develop new relationships.
- Communicate with Management and Van drivers any information regarding customer requirements.
- Communicate with Management ideas for new products that have been suggested by customers as a gap in their market.
- Be able to the van runs of other drivers whilst they are absent or on holidays. This job includes ensuring that van sales procedure is carried out to the company’s standard and all customers receive their deliveries.
- Train new van drivers on their routes and how to operate the handheld device and how to navigate the van sales system our company operates.
- Collection/ Uplift of orders for the factory at their suppliers’ warehouses.
- Ensuring vans are kept clean and tidy and all issues are reported to management immediately.
- Attending trade shows and exhibitions to help make connections and develop inspiration for new ideas the company could explore.

**Please note this is a Sales job that requires the employee to be out on the road doing door to door sales and cold calling.**
- Any other duties as reasonably required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week

**Experience**:

- Driving: 3 years (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
