Manufacturing forms a key function within the Pentagon team, working collaboratively with Sales and Design to ensure we can machine and manufacture the highest quality product, ensuring children have the best facilities to aid in their learning. Our innovative team forms the foundation for all Pentagon projects, from small online orders to large scale playground redevelopments.

We're recruiting for a Manufacturing Administrator that will provide the manufacturing team with administrative support and assist with ongoing projects throughout the department.

Your role will be based in the office supporting our Workshop, Warehouse and Logistics Team leaders along with their teams. This is a varied role with tasks ranging from processing purchase orders to aiding in the scheduling of the assembly and components teams, stock management and logistics planning. We are looking for an effective communicator who works well both alone and as part of a larger team. This is a very fast paced, dynamic role and you will need to be able to cope well with evolving situations.

**Salary**

From £22,000 per annum plus bonus

**Responsibilities**
- Processing of all incoming purchase orders
- Support with the management of schedules in our assembly and components departments
- Stock Management
- Support with the review and management of KPIs and projects throughout manufacturing
- Data analysis and reporting
- Contribution to the developments of our in-house operating systems
- Aiding in the booking and management of transport
