Interim Financial Accountant

Are you a year end or financial accounting specialist ready to start a new interim contract? Do you have strong balance sheet reconciliation and audit support experience? Can you take direction comfortably and work collaboratively to meet deadlines?
My client is a Not for Profit organisation in West London that is approaching its busiest time of the year and as such is recruiting for an Interim Financial Accountant to support year end on a six month contract.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support the Financial Controller in the preparation of statutory accounts for the Group and its entities
- Lead on balance sheet reconciliations
- Liaise with auditors, dealing with queries and ensuring they are closed off in a timely manner
- Work towards ensuring a clean audit report
- Gather information to feature in the annual report by updating details from the previous year.
This will be a great opportunity for a Financial Accounting or Year End specialist to work mostly remotely, only visiting the office once per week, on a contract that has a streamlined focus under tight timeframes.

To be considered, please meet these criteria:
- Be a part qualified, finalist, or fully qualified accountant, with experience focusing on the delivery of a successful year end process
- Have experience producing statutory accounts
- Have strong Excel and Word processing skills.
