**We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a friendly, dependable, and enthusiastic individual to join our award-winning team as a Retail Assistant on a 8 hour contract in Dunfermline in our High Street Shop.**:
**_Please note - This role requires weekday and weekend availability, so it’s not suitable for those in full-time education._**

**What You'll Be Doing**

As a Retail Assistant, you’re the face of Stephens - serving up smiles and delicious baked goods in every shift. Here’s what your day could look like:

- Provide excellent customer service at all times - this is your number one priority.
- Help create a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the shop.
- Answer questions about products and make recommendations when asked.
- Follow daily routines and task lists for cleaning, stocking, and food preparation.
- Carry out tasks as delegated by the Management or Senior Sales
- Follow food safety procedures and checklists, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Support the team by staying flexible and willing to help wherever needed
- Keep the shop clean, tidy, and well-stocked throughout the day.
- Make sure displays look their best and product quality is maintained.
- Follow stock rotation procedures
- Work well with others on shift, sharing tasks fairly and helping out during busy periods.
