Purpose
To work as a Careers Adviser in educational and community settings supporting young people with learning difficulties and/or disabilities (LDD) through their transition from school to further learning, training or employment. Ensure young people with LDD, including those who are NEET are supported to access post-16 learning and are active within their local community.
